The ACS Division of Polymer Chemistry, in collaboration with ACS journals Biomacromolecules, Macromolecules, and ACS Macro Letters, recently awarded two inaugural Biomacromolecules/Macromolecules Young Investigator Awards. David Lynn, UW-Madison professor of chemical and biological engineering and chemistry, received the award in recognition of “his exceptional contributions to the design and synthesis of polymers and materials of biotechnological and biomedical significance. Raffaele Mezzenga of ETH Zurich also received the award. The recipients will be recognized at the fall ACS National Meeting in Indianapolis.
