NSF Funding of The Catalysis Center Approved

We’re delighted to announce that NSF has recommended funding for our CRIF-MU (Chemistry Resesarch Instrumentation and Facilities – Multi-User) Proposal for a new “Shared High Pressure Chemistry and Catalysis Facility” (also know as “The Catalysis Center”). NSF will be providing just over $325,000 in funding, and the Grad School has agreed to contribute $50k additional to make up part of a budget reduction from the original ~450k request. Please congratulate Shannon Stahl and Clark Landis, who pulled this proposal together!
