The Tang Lab focuses on drug discovery, an interdisciplinary field that involves a broad range of skill sets. Our work involves designing and synthesizing bioactive compounds, including both small molecules and antibody conjugates. We also develop various cell-based and biochemical assays, as well as animal models, to evaluate the pharmacological properties of bioactive compounds.
