Colleagues,
I have been asked to distribute the attached schedule of construction activities that will impact the existing chemistry building over the next 12 months. This schedule was presented at today’s department meeting.
Of note:
- You may or may not be affected by these activities. It depends on which wing of the building complex you reside. S = Shain, M = Mathews, D = Daniels.
- Daniels supply air shutdown (2-week duration) will affect the Daniels wing, floors 3-9. These floors cannot be occupied during this shutdown. Impact on floors SB-2 yet to be determined.
- Mathews exhaust air shutdown (2-week duration) will affect the entire Mathews wing. The Mathews wing cannot be occupied during this shutdown.
