The Chemistry Department has established a fund at the UW Foundation for donations in Howard’s memory. The fund will be used to sponsor a Named Lectureship, a Scholarship, a Graduate Fellowship, or some other named opportunity, depending on the size of the endowment. Memorials can be made payable to the UW Foundation-Howard E. Zimmerman Memorial Fund, US Bank Lockbox 78807, Milwaukee, WI 53278. If you prefer to donate on line, go to http://www.chem.wisc.edu/ and click on “Donate” in the upper right corner. This will take you to a donation form at the UW Foundation prefilled for Chemistry. Replace the verbiage “Department of Chemistry (1222137)” with “Howard E. Zimmerman Memorial Fund (12227460),” and finish filling out the form.
