Working Toward a BA in Journalism at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Biography
I am a first-year Journalism student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from Lakeville, Minnesota. I am also working toward certificates in Digital Studies and History. As an aspiring journalist, I love the opportunities that the University of Wisconsin provides for me to learn the importance of writing and communicating!
When I’m not in the classroom, you can find me writing for two on-campus magazines, Alt and Moda, working with the Association for Women in Communications, singing in the Women’s Chorus, or working as a Student Communicator at the University’s Chemistry Department.
At the Chemistry Department, I work alongside an awesome team of women to keep the faculty, students, alumni, and community up to date about the amazing work that Badger Chemists and the Department as a whole are doing. I love to write stories about the accomplishments of individuals in the department and plan events for the whole community.
