Kim Bair

Coming home to Wisconsin is such a great feeling! I grew up in Racine, WI and met my husband right out of High school.  We were married two years later and made our home in Fargo, ND for 16 years…brrr.  In 2004 I earned my B.S. degree in Integrated Advertising & Public Relations at Minnesota State University Moorhead.  In 2012 we brought our beautiful daughter, Nora, into the world.  Soon after Nora was born we decided North Dakota was too cold for us and we made a move to Wichita, KS.

Throughout my career I have been fortunate to primarily work in philanthropy for higher education.  I am passionate about access to higher education and the overall experience students have while attending college.  I believe Higher Education is transformative and literally can change a person’s world and break generational cycles for years to come.  I am beyond honored to help to facilitate philanthropy for access and a quality college experience.  So to say it is a life goal to work for my state of WI University Flagship would be an understatement; It is a dream come true!
