Soley Group

Assistant Professor Micheline Soley

The Soley Group pursues research at the intersection of chemistry, physics, applied mathematics, and computer science with a particular interest in ultracold chemistry, quantum computing algorithms, quantum reflection, and PT symmetry. Given the importance of quantum effects to many chemical processes, the Soley Group applies modern techniques from fields ranging from data science to quantum information science to create exact quantum dynamics methods for highly complex molecular systems. The group also innovates in key aspects of quantum control, including novel schemes to direct product formation in chemical reactions and codes that push the boundaries of classical and quantum computers.
